Peony

Privacy Policy

Last updated 30 October 2026

Our promise

Your health information is personal. We collect only what Peony needs to work, we never sell your data, and we never use it for advertising.

What we collect

Account details: your email address, your first name if you give it, and your password (stored securely by our login provider; we can’t see it).

Your answers from onboarding: diagnosis status, biggest struggle, how long you’ve been dealing with it and your goals.

Your daily check-ins: period flow, symptoms, mood, energy and any notes you write. This is health information, and we only process it with your explicit consent.

Subscription status: whether you have Peony Plus and when it renews. Payment details are handled by Apple or Google; we never see your card.

Basic technical data needed to keep the service secure and working, such as login times.

Waitlist: if you join the Peony waitlist on our website, your email address. We use it only to tell you when Peony launches, and you can unsubscribe at any time.

How we use it

To show your check-ins, calendar and cycle stats; to create your doctor report when you ask for it; to send login and password-reset codes; and to manage your subscription.

If you have Peony Plus, Daisy writes weekly insights. To do this, your first name, onboarding answers and that week’s check-ins are sent to our AI provider. Your email is never sent, and our AI provider doesn’t use this data to train its models.

Who processes your data

We use trusted service providers who process data only on our instructions: Supabase (secure database, login and servers), Anthropic (the AI behind Daisy’s insights, Peony Plus only), RevenueCat (subscription status), Apple and Google (payments), and Brevo (sending login emails and keeping our waitlist).

We don’t share your data with anyone else unless the law requires it.

Where it’s stored and how long

Your data is stored on secure servers and protected so that only your account can read your own records. We keep it for as long as you have an account. When you delete your account, we delete your data, except anything we must keep by law.

Your choices and rights

You can see and edit your check-ins and answers in the app at any time. You can ask us for a copy of your data, to correct it, or to delete your account and everything in it.

You can withdraw your consent to us processing your health information at any time by deleting your account. Depending on where you live, you may also have the right to complain to your data protection authority.

Children

Peony is not intended for anyone under 16, and we don’t knowingly collect their data.

Changes

If we change this policy in an important way, we’ll let you know in the app and ask for your consent again where needed.
