Welcome to Peony

Peony is a wellness app that helps you track your cycle, symptoms, mood and energy and understand patterns related to PCOS (now also called PMOS). By creating an account or using Peony, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.

Not medical advice

Peony is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat or prevent any condition. Insights from Daisy, our AI guide, are generated automatically from what you log and may be incomplete or wrong.

Always talk to a qualified healthcare professional about your health, and never ignore or delay medical advice because of something you saw in Peony. In an emergency, contact your local emergency services.

Who can use Peony

You must be at least 16 years old to use Peony. You are responsible for keeping your login details safe and for everything that happens in your account.

Peony Plus

Peony Plus is an optional subscription that unlocks Daisy’s weekly insights and the doctor report. It is billed through the App Store or Google Play and renews automatically until you cancel.

Any free trial converts to a paid subscription unless you cancel at least 24 hours before it ends. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your store account settings. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their policies.

Your content

What you log in Peony belongs to you. You give us permission to store and process it only to run the app for you, as described in the Privacy Policy.

Acceptable use

Please don’t misuse Peony: no attempts to access other people’s data, disrupt the service, reverse engineer it or use it for anything unlawful. We may suspend accounts that break these Terms.

Availability and changes

We work hard to keep Peony running, but we can’t promise it will always be available or free of errors. We may update features or these Terms. If we make important changes, we’ll ask you to agree again in the app.

Liability

Peony is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for indirect losses or for decisions you make based on the app. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law.

Ending your use

You can stop using Peony at any time and ask us to delete your account and data (see the Privacy Policy).
